During the blind tasting, guests are immersed in this experience where their senses will play tricks on them. When losing sight, recognizing the food on the plate can be difficult. By working with high quality products, Chef Akihiro Nakamura offers a tasting experience that will surprise the taste buds with its flavors and textures. The menu created by the Chef with seasonal and local products allows you to enter his culinary universe for a unique experience.  

A convivial moment to share: 

Upon arrival, our team welcomes guests and explains the concept. Personal belongings are left in the checkroom, including all objects that produce light. Then, one of our waiter-guide welcomes the guests and leads them into the dark room. At the end of the dinner, it is the long-awaited moment of the discovery of the dishes! Discoveries and surprises are guaranteed during this sensory journey. 

The 3 course DUO formula: 

This formula includes a meal for 2 people with 3 courses (entree, main course, dessert). It will also be possible to add glasses of wine matched to each course by our sommelier. This experience will be a great surprise for the guests.
